Regions

The state is divided into four (4) regions by county.

Upstate Region I:

Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg and Union counties.

Midlands Region II:

Abbeville, Aiken, Chester, Edgefield, Fairfield, Greenwood, Kershaw, Lancaster, Laurens, Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Richland, Saluda, and York counties.

Pee Dee Region III:

Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Lee, Marion, Marlboro, Sumter, and Williamsburg counties.

Low Country Region IV:

Allendale, Barnwell, Bamberg, Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Hampton, Jasper and Orangeburg counties.
