Welcome to the " South Carolina Police K9 Association " (SCPK9A) web page. 

Our Mission

1. To unite and assist all Law Enforcement agencies within the State of South Carolina, in training and continue improvement of canines.

2. To establish a working standard for all Law Enforcement canines, handlers and trainers within the State of South Carolina.

3. To provide educational material through publications, visual aides and training seminars.

4. To improve the Law Enforcement canine image in the State of South Carolina.

About SCPK9A

  The SCPK9A is a non-profit association, started by a group of Canine handlers, Trainers and Administrators in an attempt to provide a Professional South Carolina Based Canine Organization, that meets at scheduled monthly meetings to handle new and old business and is open to all members. Training information is exchanged along with any updates concerning canine use. Also, while at these meetings certifications are planned and scheduled.
